after stopping smoking how long?

this might seem really ridiculous
but im 16, been smoking since i was 13,and im so short! i wanna give up smoking and want to no how long after you stopped smoking you start growing again, if you do? and will it be a lot since im bordering 17 then soon 18 which is when you supposedly stop growing.

p.s i have really long legs but just a short upper body, my dad is over 6ft and my sister is nearing there.

    Smoking doesn’t stunt your growth, unless you’re smoking meth or something and not eating and therefore not getting enough nutrients.
    But yeah if you’re talking weed or cigarettes they aren’t having effect on your growth.

    The hormones needed for growth will stop being produced at the age of 18/19 at the latest.. This is because that’s the end of puberty..

    Stopping smoking now will make little to no difference to your height (Not that I’m discouraging the idea, I think you should stop, dirty habit – I’m so glad I quit, you can tell the difference)..

    You are most likely just naturally short.. I don’t personally believe that smoking makes a huge difference in your growth… Maybe a little bit, but not as much as exaggerated.
