How should I loose weight quickly & in a healthy way?

Hello! 🙂
I’m going into my junior year in high school & I’m pretty athletic, but since I’m not playing a fall sport this year, I know that weight I normally wouldn’t have is going to be hard to keep off.
I regularly go to the gym & run because I’m in track, but I need a way to loose weight quicker.
I weigh about 103-105 lbs. & I’m about 5’3″ tall. I’m not really sure whether I need a workout/ food plan that will help me tone my muscles more than they already are, or a plan that can help me loose weight. ?

    When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
    If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
