How can I loose weight quickly but healthy?

I want to lose weight quickly but in a healthy I think I still have time to loose weight drastically by the Christmas day I don’t want to starve myself does anybody have any suggestion

    Depends, How much weight exactly are you trying to lose? I would start slowly cutting things out of your diet, if you try to much at once it may get overwhelming. Cut pop out, try to only drink water, that will cut alot of unnecessary calories. Eat 5 small meals a day as opposed to three big. Only eat untill your satified, not until your stuffed. Watch your portion sizes, dont eat fast food. Add more fruits and veggies. Remember its a longterm lifestayle change you need to make and it wont happen overnight. Good luck

    generally, the slower, the better. 2 pounds a week is optimum. a rule of thumb is that the faster it comes off, the more likely it will come back or just yoyo you to the point that you give up. there is no easy way. just healthy eating, and exercise. screw all fad diets.

    – take balanced diet
    – take 5 meals in the day
    – add fruits and vegetables in your meals
    – zip your lips for fried and fast foods
    – avoid colas and sweets
    – drink more water and fresh juice
    – do regular workout, yoga or brisk walk
