How much weight could I lose by doing at least 120 minutes of cardio a day?

I am going to try and lost weight. I weigh 180 pounds and I’m only 13. I am so sick of being called the “fat kid”. It really hurts my feelings. I want to lose enough weight to be thin by the beginning of the new school year (beginning of September). If I eat approximately 1,200 calories a day, how many calories will I lose by doing 120 minutes of intense cardio a day? Tell me the amount of weight loss in a week. Thanks!

Start your day right. Mothers always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Have a healthy meal in the morning to jump-start your metabolism.Decide on how much weight you want to lose. Keep your goals realistic.Have a mindset that you want to eat healthy to stay healthy for the rest of your life.Avoid too much sugar.Plan your meals around lots of fruits and vegetables, some bread, rice or pasta for that carbo fix that you need, plus lean meat and protein rich-foods. Sweets, sodas and pastries should be once-in-a-while indulgences only.

Here’s some other quick tips for you:

    * Stuff vegetables like capsicum and zucchini with flavored fillings or minced chicken, white meat or fish. These are healthy and contain low fat.

    * Consult the doctor before beginning an exercise or weight loss program.

    * Buy non-toasted muesli instead of the toasted ones. A plate of toasted muesli contains more fat than a plate of bacon and eggs.

    * One of the best sources of vegetable protein is from soya beans or tofu. All legumes provide some protein, so include lentils, lima beans etc into casseroles and soups.

    * Eat before you go food shopping and always prepare a shopping list. Only buy food which relates to your weekly menu plan and don’t be tempted to buy goodies.

If you have started losing weight, just remember it’s a question of will. Keep doing what your’re doing, stay away from junk food and sodas, and you will feel more healthier and alive than never before.

You don’t have to do intense cardio. That might be a bad idea.
Walk 4 miles per day about 4 or 5 times per week.
Eat a healthy diet with fruits, vegetables, and lean meats.
Avoid sugar, salt, bread, and anything made out of flour.
You should be able to lose about 2 pounds per week.

120 minutes of intensely vigorous cardio should burn about 1,360 calories.

Lets say: that during the day you burn the same amount of calories that you eat ( 1,200 )

Then each day; you burn 1,360 more calories than you take in.

    3,500 calories = 1 lbs

Meaning; You Would Lose 2.72 lbs Every Week On This Diet Plan 😀
