How much weight could I lose in 10 days with crash diet and exercise?

Yes I KNOW a crash diet is not healthy, and I KNOW the weight will come right back. Please don’t respond with a lecture as I do understand this is only a quick fix and is not by any means a healthy way to lose weight and keep it off. But for those who understand and can help me, I have 10 days and plan on working out on my eliptical everyday and crash dieting. Any advice on details of a good crash diet? Thanks!!!

    Never did a crash diet…but my older brother boxes and has to make his weight class. But running and keeping eating to a minimum works wonders……….but don’t make it a habit though. DRINK PLENTY OF WATER and take some supplements to give u the vitamins and proteins you are going 2 be missing out on because of the crash diet.

    ps… if you were to crash diet at all, and you wanted me to tell you how much you could loose, it depends on your currents weight, height, genetics, schedule…

    Fiber 35= eat 35 grams of fiber a day, you will be “going” a lot but you will get everything out of your system. I recommend eating applesauce (50cal) and 1/2 cup of Fiber One (60 cal) mixed with cinnamon for a faux apple crisp that will fill you up and leave you satisfied. You could eat that and egg whites (15 cal and lots of protein) and REALLY loose a ton of weight fast. You could eat pickles for the 0 calorie snack- Chew gum if you have an urge to eat. Lots of water-

    Keep it simple and you’ll have no problem sticking to it!

    Good crash dieting is a lot of fiber, veggies & fruits, and lean meats such as turkey or chicken.

    Think oatmeal & a banana for breakfast, grilled chicken & a salad (with no cheese or croutons) for lunch, and grilled chicken/salmon for dinner with steamed veggies. Have fruits for snacks, or 94% fat-free popcorn (really high in fiber!)

    Drink lots of water between meals to keep yourself hydrated, and don’t drink any carbonated drinks. The calories in them are amazing, and carbonation makes you feel hungry. No gum either, chewing signals your stomach to expect food but it won’t receive any-which will make you hungry! So have a mint if you feel the need.

    Don’t forget a daily vitamin too, just so you get the vitamins you’ll be missing out on. It’ll keep you feeling healthy & energized every day (although I wouldn’t reccommend taking a vitamin without food, it might make you sick to your stomach.)

    Half hour on your elliptical every night & eating high fiber/high protein foods will equal success.

    You shouldn’t expect to lose more than 3-5 lbs. in just 10 days time on a crash diet.
