vegetarian “protein” diet… just pulses, milk, water & vegetables… a “little” olive oil in salads… no carbohydrates like bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, etc & no fruits & sugary stuffs…
i am a strict vegetarian since i was a kid…

Hello,
Just as an FYI – I lost 40 lbs in 40 days switching from “Meat & Potatoes” to strictly vegetarian with 70% live foods (fruits & veggies) and 30% nuts & whole grains – that’s just as complicated and as simple as my “diet” was ….
… needless to say, with results like that – I’ve been vegetarian ever since!!
