How fast did YOU lose your belly fat and how?

This is obviously for people who have lost belly weight, But people who have friends/relatives who have done so feel free to answer also 🙂
I would like to lose my belly fat as fast as I can! Thank you sooo much everyone! 😀

    i haven’t lost it all yet…i’ve still got a little ways to go to shed fat, but i’ve just been eating less fast food, making more meals at home, drinking more water, and exercising. i’ve lost 8 lbs in 2 months…sometimes i’m ‘lax’ on the exercising…so that’s probably why it’s slow, but i can definitely see a difference in my stomach

    Stay away from FAST FOOD

    NO POP, SODA or FIZZY DRINKS

    Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

    Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

    I have lost 28.5 pounds in 3 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………

    Write down every thing you eat

    take a multivitamin at night
