I run track and i just started out .I want to know how i can get more mucle tone in my legs and how to eat right.

    Running is a great way to lose the fat, keep that up. To start gaining muscle you want to incorporate some form of weight training. You can go to a gym or you can do things like lunges and squats to strengthen your muscles.
