How could I lose some of my body fat?

Well, I’m 14 and I’m 5’10… I weigh around 150 pounds but I have some stomach fat and man boobs. What should i do to lose the fat… The man boobs are a bigger concern than my stomach because it will be summer in a couple of months and i want to be able to take my shirt off without being embarrassedd…. Please help! What exercises, and stuff like that. I live next to the park, so will running help a lot?

    i’m 15… yalakdmcjvcff i know it’s tough being young and big. i got those man boobs etc. well i did when i was 13-14 but now i’m really thin and flat chest LOL sounds funny. and i never liked taking off my shirt. but that was only cause i had scars on my back that people looked at.

    do weights. or go for a run ? also controle your eating habbits. when your eating think how this one bite could take 5 miniutes off my life and how perciouse life is. All you need to do is believe in your self that you can do it. i did and now i’m hot and fit
