depends on what you like, if i lived next to a big beautiful empty wise park i would really love to go there everyday on my bike, go to a gym with a friend who also wants to lose weight i hear that helps all the time and watch what you eat i also hear eating small things every 3 hours even though its food, does wonders to your body in the end, oh and the only pill you should take are vitamins and fiber now that really helps on a diet

    I’ll share you what I did 🙂
Sleep and wake up early. You can walk around for like 30 minutes or so. The longer you walk, the better! Then if you can jog, then jog, In the afternoon, do your rounds again.

Here’s one of the challenging part. The what to eat part. For breakfast, I eat 2 toasted wheat breads or just the plain bread then a glass of milk. Low fat milk. Or you can try eating lots of citrus fruits, boiled eggs and oatmeal but don’t put too much sugar. For lunch and dinner, try eating more on grilled food instead of fried. Eat more chicken, the breast part which is more whiter. If you want to eat pork or beef you have to measure it by three small matchboxes. If you’re on a very strict diet.

To make things simpler, you could turn the volume of your stereo up and dance. Laughing is also good. Watch a good show and laugh up to 15 minutes but it doesn’t have to be simultaneous. If you’re talking someone on the phone, don’t sit just stand. Walk around the house.

Remember, simple ones makes a bigger difference. Trust me, I know it.

One thing that works for me is: before I eat, I drink a large glass of water, then if I’m still hungry, I won’t eat as much as I would have.

It’s better to eat 5-6 small meals than 2 or 3 regular meals each day.

    also, fyi:

    1 pound = 3500 calories.

If you burn more calories than you eat, you will lose weight.

ie, if you eat 2000 calories per day and burn 2500, you will lose 1 pound every week.

the average person burns 1000-1500 calories per day, just being alive.

power walking can burn 200-500 calories per hour.
exercise bike can burn 200-600 calories per hour.
swimming can burn 100-800 calories per hour.
jogging/running can burn 300-1200 calories per hour.

Also, try not to eat within 3-4 hours of going to sleep.

    *********VERY IMPORTANT************

when trying to lose weight, very important to drink lots and lots of water ! ! !
You should drink at least 10 glasses per day, like 1 glass every hour !

This helps your body get rid of the fat when you are burning calories.

    TRY THIS.

    Step 1
Set small, realistic goals. If you have a lot of weight to lose, try for 5 pounds, relax a bit and then go for 5 more.

    Step 2
Start a regular exercise program and stick with it.

    Step 3
Sneak in extra exercise in addition to your regular program. Park at the far end of the parking lot and walk; take the stairs instead of the elevator.

    Step 4
Healthy foods are an important ingredient in losing weight.
Eat healthy fats from nuts, seeds and olive oil, and high-fiber foods such as vegetable salads and whole-grain pastas.

    Step 5
Choose foods that you like. Learn to prepare healthful, low-calorie foods that taste good by checking healthy cook books for new recipes. Eating well doesn’t have to mean eating dull.

    Step 6
Eat smaller, more frequent meals. This way, your body starts to increase its metabolism so that calories are burned faster. Also, mini-meals can prevent overeating.

    Step 7
Plan ahead. Keep the fridge stocked with healthful food and you’ll be less likely to run out for high-calorie, high-fat junk food.

    Step 8
Determine your favorite snack time and be sure to have plenty of healthful options available when you get hungry.

    Step 9
Keep a food diary. This will help you pinpoint where you can improve your diet.

BE SURE TO EAT MORE FIBER LIKE ASPARAGUS etc.
IT WILL HELP YOU ELIMINATE UNNECESSARY WASTE MATERIALS.
GREEN TEA ALSO HELPS FLUSH AWAY TOXINS.

    Tips & Warnings

    *
Lose weight with a friend, or join a support group.
    *
Avoid those vending machines by carrying around your own healthful foods and leaving pocket change at home.
    *
Try oatmeal instead of cornflakes for breakfast–eating oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol levels, and its high fiber content will keep you full longer.
    *
Choose an exercise program that you enjoy, and don’t shun the unconventional. For instance, did you know that regular vigorous dancing is exercise too?
    *
Lose weight gradually–you are more apt to keep it off. A safe amount is 1 to 1 1/2 pounds per week.
    *
Consult a doctor to find an exercise program that is best for you.
    *
Crash diets can help you lose weight quickly, but most people gain the weight back. Some of these diets are also unhealthy and dangerous. If you choose to go with a specific diet plan, choose one that is medically credible.
