How can i lose weight over Summer without taking pills?

I really want to lose weight this Summer. I want to get rid of my stomach fat, leg fat, and definitely my butt. I have a trampoline, but it is very hot. Any ideas on how to lose weight?

    Just get more active. Go for jogs, walk the dogs, start doing yoga, whatever. And have more fresh fruit and vegetables, plenty of water and lean protein with every meal.

    stop sitting on your ass watching television, eating genetically modefied food that isn’t even fit for a dog, grow a garden, eat a vegetable.
    Be an active participant.

    The only ways to lose weight is to either reduce your calorie intake or to burn more off (exercise).

    If it is too hot to do anything outside maybe you could buy a skipping rope to do some exercises inside?

    Regarding weight loss, you can’t target where you burn the fat off so don’t try and slim your legs for example. The weight will come off each part of your body over time so just work on your diet and do a bit of exercise and you’ll be fine. There are also diets such as the Medifast Diet Plan which isn’t as dangerous as taking pills and it has been shown to work for many many years. I posted a link below if you wanted to read up on it.

    All you need to do is exercise and eat right. Yes, nothing else. I did only those two things last summer and lost a total of 35 pounds. I limited my calorie intake to 1500 calories because my body burns 1200 and i gave myself wiggle room. Calculate your bmi using a bmi calculator and find out how many calories your body naturally burns through googling. I changed my high sugar high fat drinks to water and low calorie drinks. Use to get some great recipes for all meals and some great tips! Start walking or jogging daily. I aimed for 2 miles. If you tend to ask ur little sibling to do things for you, then stop and do them yourself. Help your mom with the dishes. get up and get out. I hope this helps and you are as successful as me.

    i did this last summer i lost 30 pounds! this is exactly what i did, i ONLY drank water cut out dessert except for saturday nights, at dinner and lunch i used my fork and divided evrything in half. its all about eating small portions always eat a good breakfeast it gets your motabolism going, i also did 30 situps a day and ran up the stair case 10 times you run up and walk down but u have to run up them 10 times going down doesnt count when your counting up to 10. it just takes determintation and will power hope this helped!
