How can I loss some of my fat?

Well it way too cold up here to get moveing alot I want to get rid of about 20 pounds I’m 5′ 7” and 150 pounds I want to eat not starve I don’t want to remove carbo. No all lemon diet So whatcha got? I Also want to get rid of it by june 9th time if it’s possible.

    don’t diet, but use smaller plates so u eat less (but not starve) and fill 1/2 ur plat with veggies/ fruit at every meal. do push-ups, crunches, and workout routines in ur own home, and just think before you eat!

    well, do HIT training High Intensity training, It burns away fat fast, i weighed 191 like 2 months ago now i weigh 169lbs because of HIT. Look it up. 🙂

    a few things.. eat something every 2 hours, this keeps up your metabolism. keeps your body burning fats /carbs etc…

    big key thing is to cut your sugar intake. Sugars are a simple carbohydrate, they burn first in the body, leaving all of the other food you consumed to sit there and go to your hips etc…

    other carbs are complex, like starches , potatoes etc… they burn second.

    oh yea, EXERCISE….. sit ups push ups, walking anything to get your body pumping blood to raise your metabolism…
