How can i lose weight quickly with little exercize?

I’m 15-years-old and I want to lose more weight because I have love handles and I don’t like my flabby-ish bum.
I exercized a lot and ate very little for 3 days and nothing really happened. The machine I have at home is really annoying to use.
somebody help!!
I also have a little bit of fat around my belly.

    It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and understand that if you lose weight fast then you will probably put it all back on again just as fast. I lost 8 pounds for the last month when I had a wedding to attend, and I did it by following the guidance given on the site in the box below.

    Eating right for starter will help a lot. Also try not to eat a big meal right before going to bed. (ex. if you go to bed at 10:00 you really shouldn’t have a big meal after 7:00 or 7:30) You will just pack on fat if you eat before going to bed.

    As far as exercise going for a walk or a run will even help just get your heart rate up.

    eat smart:
    -lots of proteins
    -cut sugar and fat
    -drink lots of water
    -eat lots of vegetables
    -eat 5 Small meals a day
    -sleep at least 6 hour over night
