How to lose weight quickly without your parents knowing?

I am 5’7 123 pounds and 16 years old and i need to lose weight around my stomach i feel like i have love handles and a tummy although i am athletic and in ok shape and everything. If i tell my parents i want to lose weight then they will give me the speech about how i should be happy with my body..blah..blah..blah. I already eat low fat everything and do crunches and planks at least once a day. Is there any way to lose this weight its so frustrating??!!

    Keep eating healthy, Avoid bread milk ect, And Complete cardio workouts

    the way to lose weight is simple, move more and eat less. So just make your meals smaller and healthier and if you want to get rid of fat then just do cardio stuff like running.
