How can i lose weight fast? And is it okay to run on a tred mill and hour after eating a little?

Okay i need to lose weight fast and nothing seems to work. Will i be able to lose weight if i drink 8 glasses of water everyday and run on the treadmilll everyday? Also is it okay to run on the tred mill after eating a little bit? Advice please.

    No if you drink 8 glasses of water a day and run on a treadmill (CORRECT SPELLING!!) you will most likely not lose any weight. Your best bet is to keep browsing your computer for get slim quick solutions and asking questions

    it should be fine unles ur feeling nausea then i would get off but yeah thats fine an u also need to like cut bakc on junk food an stuff just beacuse ur workiong out doesnt mean ur loseing the junk food u would probably stay the same weight an not get any smaller

    It cannot be done! In the long run it will not stick.It is recommended you do eat a protein substance 20 minutes before you get on the treadmill or any exercise. If you need to lose weight quickly though it won’t happen. Fasting is the only thing I can think of with a diet of chicken and/or beef broth with water. It wont even lose anything you just wont gain anything.. There ultimately is no quick fix to getting thin, trust me I tried oodles of times and never once succeeded until I actually followed the rules of eating better, counting calories and exercising. Eating lean protein( chicken or tuna with mustard, or protein shake) before and after is essential to heal damaged muscle tissues from working out, or it will be in vain, and work out 10-15 minutes more if you over eat or stray off diet. If you start now ( eating better and working out) you will see results in about a couple of weeks if your consistent, and it should not even be about that! You will feel so much better about yourself it is unbelievable.

Your digestive processes are, to a slight degree, starving some other parts of the body, in favor of the digestive process. Complete your digestion before exercising, even if you say you’ll wait.     You must find a way to burn fat, rather than to just think of exertion alone.

    yeah it is ok to drink 8 glasses of water plus other liquids too..try to eat the same food that u usually eat but add little of it in ur plate.. do regular exercises and preferably in the early morning..
    besides, it is not advised to exercise after your meal coz your body needs to digest the food. so, I advise you to exercise in the early morning..

    It doesn’t feel good to go treadmill after eating, do it in reverse, treadmill first and eat after. One thing you have to remember, do not eat in a hurry for it will affect the way your body digest the food. I found a post from PureandHealthy and it’s worth reading if you’re into dieting.
