How can I lose weight fast in like 2 months?

I’m 14 and about 5 foot 10 inches, I weigh 180 pounds which is considered overweight. I would really like to lose about 15-30 pounds before school starts again. I wanna look totally different for my first year of high school. I’m not happy with my weight and even though my boyfriend says that I don’t need to lose any weight I still want to be skinner and healthier. Help me please!!!

    our son is dropping weight to enlist in the military….he is going from 243lbs down to 200 lbs in about 8 weeks……. the recruiters told him to follow a diabetic diet. He has done that and has dropped about 25 pounds in 4 weeks… also watch your portions. The amount of food you could hold in your palms is an average portion.

    With your height, I think you would look ill if you lost any weight!! You are right in the medium weight for your height!! You should weigh (depending on bone structure) from 150 to 200 lbs. Measure your wrist. If it is 5″ around then 150 is good, if it is 5 1/2″ then 170 is good, if it is 6″ then 200 is good. Get the idea??? Also you have to look at your bra size. If it is larger than average, then a lot of your supposed “extra” pounds are there and you don’t need to worry about it!! They have a great way of making your waist look smaller!! And remember, if you are already small chested, that is one of the first places you will lose weight from!!

    Well first of all!!!

    Eat something no fattening for breakfast!
    Eat lunch b4 6:00pm
    For dinner eat fruits!
    Drink 8 glasses of water per day!
    Walk everyday and do crunches!Keep away from sodas, chocolate, sweets, fast food and so on!

    That will help!!!
