how to lose weight fast but in a healthy manner that i can try?

i am a junior in high school, i’m a little overweight. i want to especially lose weight on my thigh and my stomach. i am very busy with school so i need a way to lose weight effectively that it won’t mess up my school and homework schedule.

    consume no less than 1200 calories/day and no more than 1500 calories/day. eat fruits, veggies, chicken, fish, nuts, low fat yogurt. drink a lot of water. do 20 mins of cardio at least 3 times a week. cut out all junk food and soda and sugary juices.
