How to lose weight fast in like 1 month?

So…I’m starting school in about 1 month and I have to lose weight. I know I’m fat and I want to do something about it. I am 14, I am 5’1 tall and my weight is 125lbs. I don’t want to be a weirdo, so please tell me what to do. Oh, and, I wouldn’t like my parents to find out about this. I don’t want any diet though. I don’t care if it’s unhealthy but I won’t take pills. I would starve myself, but never take pills.

some people are gonna tell u not to go below 1200 calories, which technically u shouldn’t but i eat 800-1000 calories a day and i have lost 4 pounds in a week so in a month u could lose 16 pounds. Just make sure its healthy calories and exercise too. Good luck!

Well, simply have less of the regular food your mom makes and avoid candy and chips and stuff: eat fruit. I think that although peanuts have a gazillion calories they can be eaten when you want to snack. And walk around a whole bunch; walking has really helped.

Wtf, I weigh 135 and I’m perfectly fit, anyway, eating broccoli before you go to bed is really good, I prefer you steam them first so it tastes better, you’ll get used to the taste after a while. Broccoli is really good for you because it contains chemicals that make your stomach produce more acid therefore you burn more calories. Exercise is a must to, if you don’t like running then at least just lift some weight for half an hour everyday. Drink lots of water and limit your portion of meals to at least 60% of what you usually eat. Try not to eat fatty foods like ships and stuff, and if you get an urge just tell yourself you wont be able to get fine girls at school 🙂 Hope I helped 🙂 Good Luck!

Using an elliptical cross-trainer machine for 1/2 hour/day will drop 20 lbs. in a month.
