How can i loose a stone in a few weeks.?

im 15 and ive put on so much weight : ( i want to loose 1-2st. im 166cm tall and now 9st2!!! its so bad! i need to know a way to stay motivated to loosing weight. i hate my stomach and my legs :@ i need to loose all of this weight and quickly. please help me : )
