How can I loose belly fat quickly in two weeks?!?

Im 14 years old and Im a vegetarian. This year, overthe winter, i started putting on some weight. I have a big competition coming up and i want my body to be as good as itcan be. I need some ways to loose my belly fat fast! please HELP!!!!
