How can i loose weight in 3 weeks?

I really want to loose about 10 pounds (i weigh 149) before I leave on vacation to the Dominican Republic in 22 days! I’m starting to eat healthier but i dont know what workouts would work best and quickly to tone my arms, legs, and mid section. So far i’ve been jogging but it doesnt target every part i would like to tone. Any advice?
Perferable things i can do at home or that have helped you do the same! thanks (:

    Hi,
    Eating healthly is the key to losing weight.
    You want to be doing between 30 mins to 1 hour exerscise each day.
    To tone every part in your body you need to do most exerscises in the book.
    Search Youtube.com for routines.

    As an ex-fitness trainer I say do not starve yourself. Eat 6 small meals a day, that way your metabolism will start to burn fat faster. You also need aerobic exercises. Dancing is a great way to do this at home. Your heart rate needs to go up so that you burn fat and trim down. So, dancing for 25 to 30 min. should do it. Make sure that you stretch before. Also power walking is great exercise. Fruit and veggies should be a big part of your diet as well as beans,Aduki,black beans etc. LOTs of water as well. Aerobics are the best way. Take a few classes a week!!
