How can a teen lose weight fast?
my friend is really worried about her weight.
she has family coming in and she doesnt want them seing her the weight she is.
she asked me to help,but idk what to tell her
shes 15 and weighs about 200lbs.she is 5’5
how can she lose weight fast in a 3-month period??
and can someone give some good diets she could try??

Don’t eat after 6:30, and always eat breakfast. NO JUNKFOOD. It’s hard but she’ll feel better when she starts seeing the improvements. To me, it’s easier to go vegan since most of the options are healthy. Exercise a little. Walk like 2 miles a day or go to the gym for like an hour. You don’t have to be working out hardcore or benchpressing weights all the time just treadmill then switch etc…

For a teen. I would suggest exercise. You can never truly lose weight fast. If she plans to keep it off. Than she has to do it the right way. You should be her exercise buddy. Go to the gym with her everyday. It would be good for her to. tell her to make slow diet changes. For example, you cant just go from eating so much stuff to eating a couple of veggies a day. She needs to for example stop drinking pop and start drinking water. Keep her motivated. Depending on her age, if she is 18, she should get a colon cleanser and try to eat acan berries. Im not sure if thats what there called. But its a diet that Dr. Oz recomended. And it works!

Tell ur friend not to worry……..u cant speed up loosing weight…..u need time………i guess if she is really worried then she could exercise every morning and every afternoon when she gets out of school……….. she needs to eat healthier foods like fruits and veggies…….for school lunch she could pack a salad……….and get a milk……not chocolate milk but regular……………. she needs to not eat one big meal a day……..eat a few small meals………she could snack all day……..but only healthy snacks like granola bars or carrots…..try an apple eat fruit.
I am 24 and I weigh 160lbs I am giving my self until July to get to my goal weight for this year…….which is 140lbs. She need to take this a little at a time.

Tell her to watch her carbs and to do exercises that get her heart rate going (aka cardio.) She can also try making it a rule not to eat after a certain time at night, like 7 or 8pm. And tell her to make sure she’s eating enough protein, as that will make her feel fuller for longer.

i lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time just by cutting down on sweets and drinking lots of water.
exercise would help too.
