A fast way for a teen to lose weight?

I’m 14, 5’7, and 140 pounds.
I realize this is average, but I’m not satisfied with my body right now.
I don’t want to go on any pills or special diets.
I mean by exercising and eating healthy.
So, is there a routine that’s easy to follow and will help me lose weight fast?

    go to —> they give u a nutritoin plan and a fitness one as while, i got one of my own. im 14 too and i used to have 31% body fat and now i have 29% in two weeks. and i lost uhmm like a pound in 1 week. so right now i weight 103. im not anerix, im just tryin to gain some strenghth to be able to do some push ups for my final. haha, while u should go u can make a free acount and everything. (^_^)

    Start a food journal. That’s what made me find out what not to eat. Replace the bad with good. Spend an hour a day walking and lose a pound a day.

    Try to stick to black tea/coffee. Black tea or coffee can actually be good for you. But personally I would like to recommend tea rather than coffee. The caffeine in the coffee is not really good for you because it is an alkaloid and can affect other functions of your body like the metabolism.
