The weatabix week is to encourage people to eat a healthy breakfast and not skip it. I dont think you are suppose to use it to lose weight but i could be wrong. I have 2 wheatabix’s with smei skimmed milk and fruit on top like banana, or blue berries. x

I have tried every diet known to man but nothing worked as well as acai berry. I know they say that pills do not work, nevertheless they definitely worked for me, and they have been featured on CBS News too. There is a free trial on at the moment at http://tiparatd.good.one.pl , give it a try, how worse could it make things?

the average serving for weetabix is 2 with 125ml of milk, if youre dieting try having 1 and put some bannanas or some other fruits on youre weetabix to make them less boring.

I don’t know anything about this; what country is it being advertised in?

I’m from the USA and I’ve been eating Weetabix occasionally for years.

If the “Weetabix Week” concept is a diet consisting of eating ONLY Weetabix for a week, you will lose weight but not in a good way – eating only ANYTHING for a week won’t be good for you, no matter how good the food itself is!

I don’t think it would work – they’re saying anything to get people buy their stuff

Well weetabix alone won’t help you to lose that much weight but people who eat cereal for breakfast are more likely to loose weight. But if you want there are websites that help you burn calories but not make you anorexic.

    diets don’t work
being fit takes healthy choices over a period of time, there’s no easy, quick fixes,

i have absolutly no idea what your talking about!!!
maybe you miss spelled the word

my advice, wanna lose some pounds, watch the calories.

ive been following a low calorie diet of 800- 1,000 calories a day with 30 -45-60 minutes of cardio and that been working for me to lose the pounds

    give it a shot!
