Can some one please tell me any very quick way of losing weight?

Hi I am a male I am 168cm 5ft 6ins I checked my weight today and I was 56.8kgs 8stone 13lbs.

A few months ago I weighed 53kgs. 8stone 3lbs. I would like to go back to that weight or to 8 stone can someone please. Help?

    If you’re in the puberty, your body was most likely a bit different a few months ago. You are already very thin, you shouldn’t lose any weight. It’s normal to gain weight while you’re growing, and losing weight when growing is not good, it might stop your growth.

    best way is the slow and gradual way.

    eating vegetables, fruits and lean meat, drinking plenty of water or green tea along with some form of daily exceercise is the best and sure way.

    you should lose weight , if you do this on average of 8-10 lbs per month.

    the best is to go on fluid diet.You can drink smoothies as often as you like.Within the week you should be 4 kilos less.What is important that way you not going to starve yourself and your boddy will remain in perfect order and vitamin balanced.Checked myself.Lost 30 kilos in 3,5 months:)

    at the moment your BMI (body mass index) is 20.2

    Normal weight gives you a BMI between 18.5-24.9

    If you go back to being 53 kgs your BMI will be 18.8 which is close to being underweight!

    You are perfectly fine as you are! if you are saying you want to loose weight to look better….. just tone up! (that will add weight as muscle weighs more than fat- but thats nothign to worry about)
