Here’s an idea – eat fewer calories than you burn off.

Avoid spending time in the kitchen as much as possible.
Buy fresh fruit and veggies and whole grains instead of over processed white flour and frozen and canned foods.
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
Affirm that you are slim and beautiful every day.
Have a cup of organic chicken broth or clear soup when you need a snack.
Eat lots of organic lettuce to fill up on and use olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing. Throw in a hot house tomato, celery, and cucumbers in to the salad if you like.
Eat less calories than you burn.
Love yourself slim.
