If I ate only almonds a day would I loose weight fast?
This is not a long term thing I just need to slim up in a couple days. Would it work to help me loose it really really fast? And would I gain it back all the weight quickly? And just like a normal portion of almonds for breakfast lunch and dinner.

That’s not sensible. Your body only loses weight the very fastest if it’s healthy. Therefore you need to have a variety. Almonds don’t contain all the carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals and vitamins you need. OK so you’ll lose weight if you do it for a couple of days but after that you’ll gain the weight and even more after that because your body is deprived of full nutrition.
