How can I loose weight fast but with only one meal and…?

proms coming fast and i need to loose weight and then i have my brothers wedding , then another one and

I think i may becoming bullimic or getting an eating disorder i hate eating because i getsick and im afraid to eat help!!!
i only eat one meal a day

    That wouldn’t make sense if you only ate one meal. Why don’t you just eat a balanced meal and exercise?

    you need to eat to metabolize and lose weight you are only harming yourself by starving yourself or throwing up. When your body starves it goes into survival mode and slows metabolism and stores fat….you don’t want that.

    Eat healthy, salads and things like chicken and fish. Also do something like pilates or dance or running some kind of exercise a few times a week. Please don’t hurt yourself, Diet and exercise are key.

    you will loose weight fast as possible like maybe already ten lbs in a few weeks all you have to do is not eat after 7 p.m. do cardio daily, half hour to an hour, running, fast walking or biking (my favorite) drink green tea even decaff is okay too that speeds up your metabolism oh and try and eat sugar free, sugar is the reason for alot of weight gain. also you can try the carb free diet some ppl to to shed lbs fast although I wouldnty reccommend it for a long term lifestyle of eating its not healthy, youll be consuming calories which youll end up burning during excercise so yoll shed even faster.. also another thing i do is try and eat fruits and veggies i swear by it they make you feel so friggin full you dont even want to eat whole meals..drink alot

    Find out your BMR(how many calories your body burns just by living). Your Basic Metabolic Rate. You can search a bmr calculator on google. Eat 500-1000 calories less. 500 calories times 7 days per week and that’s 3,500 calories(a pound is equal to 3,500 calories). A pound a week. With exercise you’ll lose even more weight. But don’t eat any less calories than that. Your body will go into starvation mood and store everything as fat and you will begin to loss less and less calories naturally a day so you will have to eat less and less and move more and more. I would eat three 300 calorie meals. And like 1 or 2 low calorie snacks. Don’t eat snacks all day. Drink just water. Nothing else. Eat your last meal before 6 or 7. No junk food or sweets. Whenever you have a craving for it eat some veggies. But don’t put dressing. It has tons of calories. Don’t eat a lot of carbs like pasta, rice, and bread. It has a lot of calories. But don’t stop eating them either. Carbs are what give you energy. Whenever you buy something look at the calories and serving size on the nutrition facts. It tells you how much calories the serving size of what your eating has.
