I really want to lose weight fast?

Is it possible if I were to just drink plenty of water and eat wholemeal bread every day I could shed the Lb’s.
I am 5ft 6″ and weigh 14st 8lb’s. Personal when I was younger I was not that heavy.
If I were to do the above is it possible to lose Lb’s within 2 weeks say.

    Yes, if you eat nothing but bread and water (very low cals) you will lose weight. Then, when you start to eat normally again, the weight will return. So you’ll have wasted your time.

    Eat a healthy, well balanced diet all the time. Exercise regularly, all the time. That’s the key to losing weight and keeping it off. It’s not recommended that you lose more than 3 lbs/wk…many people may lose slower than that.
