I need to lose some fat around my thighs?
the rest of my body is fine.. but its just the thighs that are extra fatty i think… any specific exercise i can do to change that? i already do plenty of running…. cuz i play soccer… any suggestions?

ride a bike. it will definitely build up the mussel groups in your legs and melt away the fat!

Well its hard to lose weight on one spot. But running is good. But if thighs then I guess a lot of squats.

It is actually impossible to “spot train” for ridding body fat. Fat can be lost through weight loss OR muscle can be gained through muscle-bearing exercises, but you cannot change fat to muscle by spot-training one muscle group.
If you build up muscle WITHOUT losing weight, then the muscle simply forms underneath the layer of body fat.
If the rest of your body is in good shape, then I doubt that you have “fatty thighs” as you say… maybe you think they are fatty but really they are just less muscular thanthe rest of you?
In that case, plyometric exercises are best, (for inner thighs), and the opposing muscle group for running, (hamstrings) is the quad, so that means biking.
Squats are actually best for the gluts. (your butt)
