How to lose some fat on stomach area…?

i am not fat at all but just have a few to many rolls on my stomach….
the rest of my body is rather skinny…e.g my arms…….
i the only fat i seem to have is on my stomach and my chest area….
although there is not a lot, i would like to know how to get rid of it….
and my slight moobs…..
any ideas…..?

    It’s impossible to lose weight in a specific zone. The best you could do is cardio and do sit ups, planks, and crunches.

    I’ve been doing that at the gym with trainers and it worked for me.

    start doing weights and swimming the butterfly stroke. having that fat will help you to build muscles, rather than if you were really skinny then tried to build up muscle you wouldn’t be able to. so yeah hope this helps =] x

    Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

    Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

    I have lost 20.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………

    Write down every thing you eat
