Trying to lose some unwanted fat on my chest and stomach?
My body chooses to store all of my body fat on my lower torso and my chest is currently not looking too good either (can’t tell if they look like they’re fatty or look somewhat like pecs). I’m 15 and I would like some advice/workouts/eating habits that will help me lose some fat in these areas, thanks for all the help.
