My stomach is bigger than the rest of me. Should I do ab work now or wait until I lose some belly fat?

There’s no better time than now to exercise. This is always a true statement.
You will be working the band of muscles that sits beneath the layer of fat that you will be melting off with a combination of healthy diet (google clean eating and/or sugar busters) and cardio exercise. If you have been working out those ab muscles all along, when the fat falls, the definition will be there, just waiting to be revealed!

Stop making excuses to not exercise fatso. Just don’t work on abs, do different exercises whenever u can. Between commercials, every time u walk into a room, morning, nights. Doesn’t have to be long, just simple 10 push ups and sit ups throughout the day. It keeps your metabolism up and reminds you throughout the day to eat healthy. Or just do your simple 50 situps twice a day or something plan and wonder why your still fat and going no where. Sorry to be harsh but u know im right.
