How to confuse my metabolism and lose fat?

ok so i want to confuse my metabolism like what should i do to do it like how many small meals should i eat and what kind some one give me like 5 small meals in a list it would really be helpful and i need tricks and ideas and ways to lose fat like what should i do

    A small meal can consist of a piece of fruit and some triscuits or other whole wheat cracker. Just make sure that every time you eat you include whole, raw foods (fruits, vegetables and grains), lean proteins and good fats (nuts, avocado, olives). Also try using cinnamon liberally as it stimulates the pancreas to produce insulin; shake it on everything. Exercise will also stimulate your metabolism. The effect wears on after the exercise is done and the muscle built will also naturally use more energy even at rest.

    Eat breakfast!!! Then you can also eat a 5-6 small meals or even eat something every three hours. A fistful of almonds or a portion (6 ounces) of yogurt between breakfast and lunch counts as one of those “somethings.” Up your veggies throughout the day. One mini meal would be an apple and a half a sandwich…turkey or lean ham with low fat mayo or mustard. If you eat dinner with the family….cut your portions…you’ve been eating all day….no need for a plate full of pasta…

    The body only knows feast or famine. When you cut your calories and spread it out over too much time (3 large meals) it will store the food it gets….no matter what that food is. If you eat throughout the day it will learn that more nourishment is coming….so there’s no need to store the food for energy.

    The best trick I like is exercise with high intensity intervals. You have to exercise to lose fat….it’s archaic to many…but fact. When walking….increase your speed for a minute at a time. If you jog…toss in a couple bouts of sprinting. It makes the body try to figure out what the heck is going on and will result in weight loss. Any cardio exercise that you do…you should be able to throw in bursts to increase your heart rate for one or two minutes. Also…key point….keep your cardio at or under 40 minutes per day…..any more than that and you’re going to burn muscle….you need muscle for fat loss. Resistance exercise=great fat loss…..there’s all kinds of places to find weight and non weight exercises for muscle tone.

    Try cutting out the carbs from your meals for about 3 days. During this short period your body should be full with proteins and fats only, so you’re not going to die.

    Then have yourself a pizza, or whatever it is that you eat. The key here is to reintroduce the carbs back into your system. This should speed your metabolism back up.
