HOw is it possible to gain muscle AND lose fat at the same time? high carbs for muscle and low for fat loss?
It seems impossible to gain muscle and lose fat at the same time. Muscling building requires carbs and protein, whilst fat loss requires a lack for carbs??
How can it be done???

It’s not just about what you eat. Strength training can help build muscle. It also uses energy. By using more energy than you consume, you will use fat. Just eat a balanced diet and do some strength training. Burn more calories daily than you eat. It really is that simple.
