How do you lose fat while gaining muscle?
I workout 5 times a week. Within the week I run two miles two days a week. Bike 15 mins hardcore another two days. My diet is very light and not very fatty. Am I on the right track to lose the fat I have? 20% body fat…but Id like to be around 10ish.

Don’t worry about the body fat. Look in the mirror. Do you like what you see? Then that is all you need. Continue the workout regimen and increase weights as you go. Less cardio and more weights. And you’re not doing yourself a favor with keeping a light diet. Eat healthy but don’t cut back too much on the calories. You need something to burn with all that running!
