How do i lose some weight?
I’m 13, i am around 5.6ft, and i weight about 158 and i would like to know a way to lose about 20 or 30 pound. I’m not athletic type of guy so it’s kind of hard for me to lose weight, and i think i have a slow metabolism. Anybody have any tip or ideas to help me?

You need to get motivated to exercise! Eat right and DON”T SNACK on junk food. Eat vegetables and fruits!

Eat healthy, go for a jog.
You may not be the athletic type like you said, but you need to be if you want to take the weight off.
Start slow, work your way up.

You are marginally over weight (by about 8 pounds) If you can get into a routine of slow paced cardio , it would help in more than one ways.( walking, cycling, etc. for atleast an hour.)

your 13 please don`t worry about your weight! Eat healthy,exercise at least 30 minutes per day and drink plenty of water.
