    No. There’s no real way other than diet & exercise, no matter what anyone tells you.

    do 100 of each, every day 🙂
    eat healthy too, but there is no use starving yourself, because whos to say that weight will be lost from your belly over other places?
    so targeted exercise is the key!! 🙂

    The hardest and most stubbon place to lose weight is the lower stomach.
    Ab crunches and sit ups actually make your belly appear bigger because although your building muscle it’s hidden beneath the fat.

    You cannot lose fat or target fat loss from a pacific part of your body. I tried lots of things and finally settled upon one system that worked for me
