stomache exercise=Lie on the floor, legs straight out, hands at your sides. Lift your legs straight up (not bending your knees at all) until they’re at a 90 degree angle (or close). Lower your legs and repeat without letting your legs touch the floor. For more challenge there is equipment at most gyms that will allow you to raise yourself up using your arms as support and dangle your legs. You can perform leg lifts there too. If you’re using this piece of equipment, you can make it easier by just raising your knees to your chest. It’s more difficult to raise your legs to a horizontal position with your legs straight. This helps firm up the lower abdomen. If you’re truly a monster, try doing leg lifts with a medicine ball hanging from your feet. Or hang from a pull up bar and raise your legs in front of you all the way up to the bar.

Good luck!

Start watching Fit TV. They have a show called “Shimmy”. Belly dancing is a great way to lose pounds in the middle and firm muscle. You can also buy DVDs on line. When a person has lost a great deal of weight, what remains is not always fat, it’s excess skin, which you can’t diet or exercise off. If that is the case, the only option is a good plastic surgeon. Ask your doctor if he/she can determine if you are dealing with fat or excess skin. Congratulations on a job well done and keep up the good work. What you have accomplished is not easy. Remember, you didn’t put the weight on overnight, so you won’t take it off fast either. Most fast weight loss, especially when first starting, isn’t fat, it’s water weight. Try to be patient and keep plugging at it.

In not possible to spot reduce fat in just one part of your body, like your belly. In order to lose belly fat you will need to lose the fat all over your body.
In short you may need to start:
1) Eating healthier, this means:
Eat smaller meals
Eat more meals a day
Don’t starve yourself
Eat more vegetables and fruit
Drinks more water
Less sugars and empty calories (less soft drinks, cakes, cookies)
Switch to whole wheat versions of your bread and pasta, brown rice instead of white rice
2) Exercising:
Forget crunches, crunches work your ab muscles but they dont burn enough calories to lose belly fat, if you do hundreds of crunches daily you will have great abs but you wont see them under your belly fat.
Prefer full body exercises they burn the most calories and increase you metabolism for a few hours after your workout.
Get a training partner or a fitness trainer, a very worthwhile investment – of the money you save on junk food for example =)
Try also to reduce stress and get enough sleep. Both of these are related to weight gain and emotional eating.
