How can I lose weight fast and tighting up.?
I have 2 babys. I am 5’3″ and I weigh 142. I want to lose 20lbs in about a month. I drink greentea and water. I need to tighting up my tummy, arms, legs and butt. I dont look bad at all its just a little giggly. Dose anyone know any good exercises?

do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, drink 8-10 glasses of water
U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don’t eat before 3 hrs of going to bed. check this site for article on how to increase metabolism, soup the hunger satiated, fat burning foods, lazy way to lose weight, high protein diet and fibre and more fibre this should get you started and very easy to follow with great results

I would suggest tao bo and its so much fun, especially the one with Billy Bank’s son – he is gorgeous to look out – Dad’s not bad neither.

P.S. Use those beautiful babies of yours as part of your daily exercise routine, ie. lie on your back, knees bent. Gently lift one baby up by placing your baby on the palm of your hands – make sure your palmed hand is opened wide and your fingers should be facing you. Rst hand on the upper part of their body, chest area. The baby should be facing you as you lift your arm gently and slowly in the air. When you bring your baby down, give him/her a kiss on the cheek and repeat, they will giggle and have fun too. Repeat 10 times.
