How can I ensure I lose fat and not muscle simply by eating healthier?
I have lost afew pounds by simply eating healthier, however how do ensure my fat is being used up and not my muscle.
Cant do weight training unfortuantley.

you really can’t, but the medically accepted norm for weight loss, is about 1-2 pounds a week, of a fat loss. Anything above and beyond, maybe muscle, or even water loss. Just go slow, and expect that rate, if you crash diet, then you will just gain it back.
