when im losing wheight by not eating as much calories am i losing muscle? and what can i do to just lose fat?
im wondering if when im eating 250 less calories and burning 250 calories am i losing muscle and fat ??? if so what can i do to make me lose just fat ?particularily on my stomach?

are you eating enough protein? you need to make sure EVER meal you eat has a good amount of protein; a 1 to 2 protein to carb ratio is good. muscle development helps burn fat! light weights along with cardio.
