Do you think I will lose some weight over time if I do this?
Do you think that I will lose some weight over time. My goal is about 30 more pounds. So do you think I will be able to lose the weight over time if I do walk slim (It is basically walk away the pounds.) Everyday and then I plan on changing my eating habits.
Will this help me lose some of the weight? Thanks for the ehlp.

just eat helthier. dont eat less it wont make you loose anyting. and walk. running is good for your heart, but bad on ur knees.

yup, try your calorie intake to be 1200 to 1500
