If you live your life normally, but add 3 miles of running everyday, could you lose some weight?
And I’m a healthy eater. I don’t eat junk, other than the occaisonal chocolate or steamy latte =]
And I don’t drink soda either.
Could I loose some weight by this?

Definitely! I think you would lose weight fairly quickly, too. And that’s always a good thing.

I am sure you could. If you eat the same amount of food and start running everyday and don’t normally do that now, in a couple of weeks you will probably lose some weight, unless you start gaining muscle in your legs. Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you start to notice that you are gaining weight, it might be that you are shedding fat but gaining muscle.

what is your intention? do you want to loose weight? running 3 miles daily is a healthy lifestyle. that’s good but don’t eat a lot after you’ve done a 3 miles of running, it will only increase your weight. eat the right food sleep early and drink a lot of water.
