Could I lose some weight if I did this?

There’s a number of reasons I wanna lose weight. I am tired of being a lineman on my football team, I want to be in a lower weight class for boxing and wrestling, and I just want to look better. But anyway, I run 2 miles every morning, 1 mile in the evening and I cut out all soda and junk food. I usually eat salad for dinner and fruit and vegetables for snacks. I only drink water also.

Sounds like a great plan, but don’t forget to keep a lot of lean protein in your diet and cut out as much carbs as possible (bread rice etc)

The key for losing weight is not difficult – eat less food and workout more often – the difficulties appear when we actually try to put that into operation! There are lots of temptations in the real world aren’t there?! I found some good information by visiting the website in the box below, they have lots of instruction, I lost 7 pounds by using their methods.

Absolutely. You should also make sure that you eat around 6 times a day. The more often you make your metabolism work, the more effective it becomes. One of the biggest misconception about weight loss is that going on a diet will magicaly make you lose weight. There is only one way to effectively lose weight, that is exercise. You must burn more calories than you consume. It doesn’t matter if you eat meat or veggies or carbs, you have to burn the calories you consume. But it sounds like you have a great plan in place.
