will walking up the stairs help me lose thigh fat without making my legs bulkier?

i wanna lose my thigh fat but i dont know if walking up the stairs would help me lose fat, or make my thighs bulkier..btw which is more effective for the thighs, running or walking up the stairs?

    walking is good for staying lean.
    Running using HIIT is for bulking.
    So no it won’t make you bulkier but faster 😀
    I think that running (not HIIT) is more effective for the thighs, it burns more calories.
