Whats the best diet for a high school wrestler trying to lose fat ?

Im a wrestler in high school and im trying to lose weight but only the fat i want to keep all my muscle. Its the middle of august and i have until november 1st to do so. Whats the best diet possible to do so ?

    Low carb diet. Dont eat any bread–except maybe a piece of toast in the morning and a hot roll for dinner..eat as much meat as you can. The low carb diet is amazing..you will lose 5-10lbs a week-guarentee it. Also my brother-he jogged with rain pants and rain jacket, with alot of clothes under them..you’ll sweat like a banchie & that helps you lose lbs extra fast.
