I don’t have to lose much weight, but would like to as the summer is coming !

What do you think I should try? Just a few pounds I’m trying to lose.

Cheers!

vitamin c+calcium=nice, lean, toned body. but of course u wont lose weight since muscle weighs more than fat.
that is the misconception most people just never get… technically you did lose weight because when you are toned, your fat is gone. but you still weigh either the same or more but because muscle is heavier than fat…
hope people start to realize that

Vitamins won’t help you lose weight – but it’s not a bad idea to take some if you’re eating less. Just get a cheap multiple vitamin from the store – you can take one or two of those a day.

Vitamins with proper diet and exercise will help!
B12, Omega 3, and Vitamin D help a lot! So eat right, take in lots of water, work out, and get the proper amount of rest and you should do well!

Vitamins ddo not of course help you lose weight. Vitamin supplements are best avoided. In the UK at least deficiencies are rare and there is neither need nor therapeutic advantage in taking supplements. Recently there has been increasing concerns about what id effectively overdosing on synthetic vitamins. The fat soluble vitamins are the most potentially toxic, A to the eye, D to the kidney K to the blood clotting mechanism and E appears to increase all cause mortality. The most recent, and one of the most worrying papers concerns women taking multivitamins. There appears to be an associated 19% increase in the risk of breast cancer in women on multivitamin tablets, though further investigation is required to confirm that the risk is causal.

On average these each yield 6 answers, that is over 3 and a half million answers.

I can usefully summarise these answers in 4 words :
