What things could i do you lose weight fast,really fast?

I want to lose just a little weight.Not a whole bunch but like from 5-10 pounds..but like really fast.Im not humongous but i have a little stomach fat,and i wanna get rid of it,its irritating (lol).Help please?

    make yourself puke… haha jk… umm if you watch a lot of tv every commercial break do a set of sittups… run… drink lots of water… get plenty of rest at night… dont eat late at night or right b4 you go to sleep… and then do more situps and crunches… on a medicine ball if you have one… and then give me 10 pts 🙂

    Drink lots of water.
    I orded the free trial of the Acai berry diet and so far I’ve already lost 10lbs.
    You could increase your excercise. I also started walking more and I wear a pedometer to make sure I am going at least 10000 steps a day.

    Try some weight training, they say that muscle burns fat faster than anything else.

    Hmmm…. really fast huh?????? Let’s see, the first thing you need to do is reduce your calorie intake, and since you need to lose weight really fast, you need to decrease it more. So I would recommend that you eat about 1700-1900 calories each day now. Then instead of doing your normal exercise everyday (if you do), you need to go to the gym or if you can’t do that, I recommend that you do some exercises right in your home. There are a lot of thing you can do, like this is what I would recommend. Everyday or at least 5 days a week you should do the following: At least 25-30 perfect push-ups, At least 50-65 crunches, At least 50-85 jumping jacks. Run at least 1/4 three times a week. (treadmill or outside) Notice I’m saying at least,so you can do more for faster results. Then some kind of stretches which you can pull off the internet. If you can’t do this, you can do some kind of sports that you enjoy. Don’t stay dormant inside your house, try to get active instead of staying in one place. Reduce sweets, fats, oils for a while too.

    If you do ALL OF THE ABOVE, ALL, you will lose at least 10-16 pounds in a month. You will lose at least 8 pounds for sure. BUT BEWARE YOU HAVE TO BE CONSISTENT EVERYDAY YOU CAN’T STOP FOR A FEW DAYS OR ANYTHING, IT’S ALL ABOUT COMMITMENT. IT’S HARD TO LOSE WEIGHT LIKE THIS BUT IT IS EFFICIENT.

    Its simple!! Move about, dance jump. take up a sport or anything that keeps you moving sing and dance…. well it works for me alot .. i’ll say one week you can lose up to at least 3 or 4 pounds
    well maybe thats just me…. !
