What is the most effective and safe way to lose weight quickly?

I need to lose 60lbs by January 13, is this possible? How often should I work out?

    Diet and exercise.. I know you might hear those words a lot, but it’s true. You can start out slow by walking then build up to jogging. Do crunches, push-ups, weights if you have them. Diet plays a HUGE part in weight loss.. I lost nearly 15lbs a week just walking 5 miles a day eating 3 medium meals a day, and 150 crunches a day. Ocassionally weights.

    The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy. Eat fruits and vegetables, etc. But make sure your portions are small. It helps to get a small plate. When you have a large plate to fill, you tend to fill it with more food. When you have a small plate to fill, you tend to fill it with less food. Drink plenty of water, and exercise daily. Try hard and it just might be possible to lose that weight in time!!!

    Impossible is nothing.
    Do not eat any thing after 7pm. Excercise at least 3 times a week. Daily brisk walk for 30 minutes. Control your diet (i.e. less fatty and junk food, less sweats, don’t eat till your full)

    Eat small healthy meals every couple of hours so you don’t get hungry instead of 2 or 3 large meals a day. Your metabolism slows down when you’re hungry so buy a bunch of fruits and veggies and sandwich stuff and keep it chopped up in a container in the fridge to snack on.

    Force yourself to drink lots of water. I hate drinking water but am pregnant now so have been making the effort.

    10 pounds a month seems like a challenge so I would suggest working out 5 days a week for an hour or so. (I’m no expert but know 30 minute workouts are suggested to stay healthy.) You do need rest days though. Don’t overdo it or it will defeat the purpose. Make it something fun so you’ll stick with it and it won’t be a chore. I used to love doing Tae-Bo.

    Close your kitchen after seven thirty pm. Don’t eat anything after that time. Excercise regularly, cut out artificial sweeteners and refined sugars. Eat lotsa fruits and veggies, cut out white bread and use oils like soya oil and sunflower oil in cooking. Olive oil is great too. check out the bob greene diet plan on google. it works.
